Comfortable and very flexible, the Mollelast® conforming elastic gauze bandage by Lohmann & Rauscher provides reliable fixation without constriction. Produced from a special knitting technique, Mollelast® displays a wide, open-weave structure that is air permeable, and comfortable, yet provides stable and effective fixation and immobilization. It’s high degree of elasticity allows Mollelast® to remain reliably secure even on the most difficult to treat areas of the body, making it an excellent choice for fixing wound dressings and other wound care applications.

Mollelast® is also a popular choice for providing light compression to fingers, toes or genitals, or used to fix foam padding in Lymphedema bandaging applications.
